Prayer to build the Kingdom of Love
My Lord and my God, help me!
You have called me Lord to be a living stone
in the building of the kingdom of love and peace:
Here I am Lord to do your holy will.
Come Holy Spirit, transform my life
Into the divine life of Christ Jesus.
Like you Jesus, I am on earth to serve
My brothers and sisters in humanity, not to be served.
Give me the courage to change what I must change
That I may be a shield of love and peace.
May I be a loving presence in all that I do.
Good news for all who cross my path.
May I be an agent of transformation in the lives of my brothers and
sisters.
May my words and deeds lead to love and forgiveness,
Unity, peace, hope, charity, faith and joy.
Make me, Lord, a living temple of your peace.
