Merry Christmas! Peace and joy on Earth!
"A child is born to us.
His name is proclaimed: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Jesus, the Lord Savior,
Emmanuel, God-with-us,
Made his Light shine and gave us His joy.
We are in joy. (Is 9, 1-6)
God so loved the world that He gave us His Son Jesus.
Let us rejoice and glorify God in our Lord Jesus Christ the Redeemer.
Let's go to Bethlehem, let's go to the manger to worship our God,
Our Father of tenderness.
He came to save the whole of humanity.
The Word became flesh in this world, for you, for me,
So that every man can dress in his divine light.
A savior is born to us, a Son is given to us.
He looks at me, He looks at you with love and says to you:
"My beloved I come to you,
Vulnerable and helpless to reveal you
The love of my Father who is your Father.
I come to make an alliance with you,
I come to be with you in your fight,
Your plans, your desires to establish
The reign of justice, peace and love. "
Yes, I come to make Alliance with you, said Jesus in the manger.
Open your heart to me, my beloved,
I want to be incarnated in you.
Let yourself be loved, let yourself be desired my sister,
Let yourself be deified my brother.
"You will be a crown of splendor in Yahweh’s hand,
A princely diadem in the hand of your God.
You will be called 'My Delight' and
The Lord will take delight in you. (Is 62,1-5)
Oh Jesus, my love! I'm yours.
Come into my heart and transcend my whole being.
Help me to give you to the world and
To follow your steps so that I can reveal in my turn
God's love for each of us.
Emmanuel, come and transform our world inside our heart.
Come Jesus, rekindle in our heart and in the world,
The light of faith hope and charity.
